Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, i have not yet played on nostalrius. I was wondering though if Burning Crusade will ever be released on these realms?

Yeah they have a side project called corecraft, I heard it's just around the corner.

Corecraft isn't associated with the Nostalrius server, and is still some time away from completion.
Nostalrius does intend to upgrade their servers to TBC, but it is probably years away from happening. When that happens everyone will be given a choice between staying vanilla or doing TBC. At least that is what the team have said so far.

In short: If what you really want is to play TBC, then maybe you'd be better served with playing on a TBC dedicated server.

Some time after Naxx is fully cleared (july 2016 scheduled release), the demand for a TBC server will rise. They have stated characters WILL be able to be converted over, but the vanilla server will stay.
