Thorium Brotherhood quests giving 22 rep each, normal?

According to some guides you should be close to friendly by just doing quests, yet after 3 kill and 3 wanted quests i am at whooping 154 rep with the TB. Is this normal?

iirc, pretty much the only way to raise your rep is doing the turn-ins in BRD.
Like most things in this game, the rep was probably trivialized in a much later patch.

Are you level 60?
If so, that is why, otherwise they give I think 100 rep each if you are at a lower level.

Rep scales down drastically the higher level you are when turning in quests.
