Loot seeds like these do not exist. Loot this rare should not drop this consistently. I know <NOPE> helped test this content but it is unfair to just hand them loot for it. I can't believe the nost dev team is okay with this considering they "want" to make their server as close to blizzlike as possible. :/

NOPE has been getting good drops week after week, and at the same time, it took me approximately 40 DM East runs to get a single Whipvine Cord.
