I cannot find Mokvar in Thralls chamber... are the D2 quests done yet?

They are not out and not supposed to be out for quite a while. T0.5 a.k.a. D2 was known as patch 1.10 on retail (which is after AQ and before Naxx) and the estimated timeline on this server has it set for May next year, but not confirmed yet.
