For some reason the person controlling the orb always gets DC'ed, any fix or work around to avoid this bug?

Just hope you don't get fucked like we did last night, where his aggro in phase 2 was wonky as fuck. One time he just dropped all threat permanently on all the tanks, then started running amok. Then, when he was at like 20%, he decided to reset to full HP.

Thx for the tip mate but it didn't work :/, the person still gets dc'd after dismissing. Could it be some kind of addon or something?

Sorry to hear that, I think that the threat ceiling of the tanks gets heavily reduced when they get conflagged, right?

It works for me tho. Some people said that the boss has to be close enough / in LoS of the mind controller when you dismiss it.

He ignores Conflagrated players, but they retain their threat. He just randomly dropped threat completely on the tanks as if they'd used Vanish or something.

For us 90% of the time the controller always get's DC'd. But we work around it now. We have a few people on standby, as soon as the controller get's DC'd, that person tells us in TS & the standby picks it up immediately.

And what Robotron said, we just had a kill where exactly this happened.

We've had it happen and had it not happen. Haven't really noticed a pattern or bothered to look for one. Doesn't really create an issue as long as the login servers aren't being shit, but it is pretty annoying.

Haven't had those threat/HP reset issues though. Yeesh.
