What are your targets? At what state would you feel completely satisfied? What do you want to achieve? And when you reach that point, then what?

Bring it on. Inspire yourself and others.

I want to raid the shit out of Molten Core and BWL. I miss the good ole' days of 40 man raids! Just need to level to 60, find a group of decent folks to raid with and then game on!

I came here to kill C'thun. Only got to do P1 because the guild wanted to spend the time in Naxx instead, and it's been annoying me for 9 years now..

I like this post alot. When someone who started in wotlk or cata and beyond falls in love with vanilla or BC, it really shits in the face of all the people who claim "its just nostalgia" and "rose tinted glasses"

I do think vanilla Onyxia is much better than Cata. Cata deep breath wasnt very dangerous, Cata every tank could just drop aoe to pickup whelps for dps to kill them at their leisure, fear and lava werent as dangerous overall it was a joke

Granted, Im sure here and now its alot easier than retail... people were fucking retarded retail, inventing the most idiotic imaginary mechanics to prevent deep breaths instead of just prepositioning to avoid it

my guild had it bad, our "big brother" guild who showed us the fight in exchange for helping them field double ony raids for scales... filled our gms head with so much shit.. honestly, I think they did it on purpose, they were an excellent troll guild
anyways, best of luck in your ony endevours, hope she lives up to your expectations :D

I feel you, we were standing in front of c'thun after a long night of a couple bosses and that fucking trash, did an lolpull called it a night.. things went south and that was the last day we raided..

did a couple bosses in naxx, those were cool too... but not c'thun levels of cool

BWL, AQ40, and Naxx. Hit 60 pretty late into vanilla and got carried through MC/BWL but never got geared enough to be allowed into AQ40. Guild rerolled on another server because they couldn't kill Twin Emps and I stayed to PvP once you could buy r14 gear with honor. I miss the guild comradery, it all slowly fell apart in late TBC and beyond I feel
