Went to attempt Nef tonight and the entire instance had reset, good for us in general because we need the loot, but anyone know if this was on the bugtracker or a new aberration?

sounds like industrial level farming of BWL bosses to me..... hope you guys asked the GMs for permission to kill the same bosses 2x in one week!

don't know what causes it as far as I know. I would try and ask other guilds about it. I know a Russian guild almost got in trouble for having it randomly reset on them.
I would create another ticket on the bugtracker incase as this can be considered a serious issue.
Raid ID numbers change every day though or every crash/restart. I don't understand why but maybe there is a root issue in that area that just resets a certain ID number or something.

when you said you got ddosed on stream maybe you got ddosed so hard it reset your raids Kappa

Yep, FE had that issue.

2nd week of BWL release. We left Chrom/Nef for Sunday (remember the bugged chrom only NOPE killed using the bug exploit?), the raid ID had fully reset. The GMs made our entire raid wait 2+ hours telling us "they are still working on a solution" every now and then. The next day on Monday they informed us they can't help us and we were not allowed to reclear the instance.

Vintage MC reset put in ticket to GM, they said don't do any of the content already cleared. And they know/ trying to fix the problem
