Hello,
Sorry if this has already been mentioned before.
I cannot see anyone elses health-both creeps and players ,but my own on my target frames.
Tried using x-perl,ag and luna unit frames and he most i can see for health is 100 or simply green bar if i don't use any such addon.

Think it's the server that blocks HP view HP in numbers. guess not a Vanilla thing.

But using X-perl and MobInfo2_v3.12 to see mob HP in numbers works, it start working once you killed a type of mob.

This IS a Vanilla thing.
This is not a bug.
