Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I read that there would be lots of mithril in places like thousand needles and shimmering flats. So far, there has been none at all. People say Hillsbrad foothills/Alterac, but there's only been a few veins there. Same thing with Badlands. I have seen a few veins while flying over searing gorge and burning steppes.

Where's the mithril on Nostalrius?

Thousand needels? never seen any there just copper to iron. anyway Mithril is one of the veins that get's camped lots and with more peps than need be on a sever it gonna be long time to find some.

Have you tried Blasted Lands?

On the PvP server atleast (back in the beginning) I got most of my mithril from there.

Would you not expect to see Mithril in the appropriate 40-50-ish zones?
Back in the day (early BC) I remember doing big loops around the edge of Tanaris for Mithril.

There is a lot of mithril in shimmering flats in the form of ooze covered mithril in and around the cave in the South. However, they often get mined quite quickly since they are on a fixed respawn timer (if it hasn't changed), and so people that got the last spawn is likely to also get the next. Most of the mobs there are also neutral, which just adds to how fast the nodes are mined.

when i was leveling my warrior i think about 7 nodes were spawned into that small space. I've seen similar in the hive at Ferelas and Tanaris. I just thought it was because noone ever went down there.

Arathi Highlands, in the South East, near that little river/lake there are a few that spawn regularly, and also one further south past the raptors, and another over south of Stromgarde

Just do complete circuits around the edges of Badlands, including that area with Dragons to the east.
