HAHAHA! That was fucking hilarious. You see these kind of animations get stuck every now and then, but that one lasted through other emotes.

Pretty sure client side bug, seen stuck legs and such on Retail too.

There used to be similar glitches on retail from time to time. There was a time when you could make upper and lower body de-sync when dancing, by rotating the character quickly.
