SM drops are bugged

Scarlet leggings keep dropping on both heroid and mograine : / 5/7 times on herod and 3/4 times on mograine should only be a 30% drop

RNG, look it up. It is entirely possible for an item to have a 90% drop chance and you not see it in 20 runs.
