Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I finally hit 40, I had a rare epic 2h I sold for 50g, I sent it C.O.D to a guy named Richdude , 2 days later, I still have no received my 50g , I DID CLICK C.O.D, He's not replying to me, and I'm not getting my mail back. Could a GM please help me solve this? Maybe go on that guy's account and re-send my items if he wont buy them? Like i've waited 2 days and this a-hole wont buy what he asked to C.O.D.

iirc the timer is 72 hours for COD to be auto-returned. You should get your item back within the next day.

another thing to note - from wowwiki COD page:
"Some dishonest players leverage the mail system's 3-day return mechanism in order to keep competition for high-price items off of the Auction House, or to grief other players. The player will ask for the victim to C.O.D the item to them and never accept it, leaving the item inaccessible to the victim for three days while they sell a like item on the Auction House"

For your own protection, C.O.D. should not be used when dealing with an item of value (e.g. epics). C.O.D. is best used only when selling commodity items (e.g. people offering to buy stacks of runecloth at 1.5G per stack) or when selling to a trusted individual (e.g. guild mate). Never use C.O.D. with anybody who isnt conducting the transaction on what is clearly their main account (i.e. don't go selling items via C.O.D. to level 5 characters).
