Idol of the Moon

Is Idol of the Moon in game on our server as of now? It was supposedly released in patch 1.11.1 and Nost is 1.12 but I've never seen it.

The client that we are using is 1.12 but the server emulates patch 1.6 , so the idol is in the game but still not added because of the original timeline that Nostalrius is following.
