From zero % into 7 to 0% into 8 its no possible. Only ranks 1-5 can jump two ranks from zero to zero.

Post rank 6 you can only earn (max) 150% of a rank. So in theory if you're 50% into rank 7 and earn the RP you can be r8 next week.

It's possible if you pull 1M honor and get st1. Is it worth it? No when you can get r10 casually doing under 200k week.

10% R6 is 20500 RP, 50% R7 is 27500. Add in the decay from your current rank and you will need about 11100 RP to get halfway to R8.

11100 RP is bracket 2, which means top 30'ish standing or so.
