Scammer list?

Hello, in order to avoid cases of someone offering to craft an item, and then having said materials stolen, I was wondering if by any chance, the forum keeps a list of people who have been suspected of scamming people in the past? Thanks.

No -- because such a list would be unverifiable and rife with hearsay.

Scammers aren't listed on Nost, they're permanently banned.
That means anyone composing a list would be doing it on the basis of cases that couldn't be proven ie shit you shouldnt believe.

For argument's sake, if I were to run into a scammer, what should I provide in order for a ban to given? Screenshots and perhaps a number of witnesses?
