All the warriors who pvp roll, but luckily Rustafari is also head of loot council! So he chose to take it for himself to reinforce the already strong alliance side of battlegrounds with his now terrifying presence. Originally he put +30 spellpower on it (he is holy) but a crusader was deemed stronger. Better luck next week warriors!
