What you've linked Mimma is not the last released version of auctioneer for 1.12.

I suggest this version, 3.8. There are still some bugs, but there were two full revisions since 3.4, and there have been many fixes. 3.8 still contains some bugs, but 3.8 contains less bugs.

This package doesn't include informant, beancounter, enchantrix etc, you'll have to get those elsewhere.
