I see that the stading 1 in Nostalrius PVE is about 200k honor. Does that means you get rank 14 just doing 200k honor per week?

No, you *currently* get Standing 1, i.e. 13k (or something similar) RP by doing 200k Honor.

The first few weeks is like that because no one queues BGs and you have to get honor through wpvp with nostlike nerfed honor gains.

On Nost PVP, try more like 500-700k honor
