Multi boxing question

So, i understand that multi boxing is against the ToU but my question is since its allowed to multi box for professions and account to account trading and such, is it alright if i multi box while one of my chars is sitting in town waiting for a raid to spawn and leveling another character in a distance zone completely unrelated to my first character?

I already received my final warning for multi boxing so i dont feel like getting banned for doing it, but i'm bored just sitting here waiting for raids to get together

As you'll see below, the Terms of Use lists the only allowed exceptions to Multiboxing. AFKing is not one of them.

VI. Multiboxing

Multiboxing refers to playing multiple characters simultaneously. This can either be achieved by using multiple machines to run the Game or by running multiple instances of the Game. The following rules are not meant to be exhaustive, and using multiple characters to level, farm reputation, run dungeons, do raids and/or engage in PVP is considered Multiboxing. Each case of Multiboxing will be judged individually and thoroughly. There are a few specific situations where you may have two characters in-game simultaneously:

Transferring items between accounts;
Using professions, as long as no farming or material gathering is involved;
Crafting, enchanting, banking and/or for trading purposes that does not include the Auction House.
