How is pvp on the pvp server in the end game?

As of now, from what I'm seeing on my level 50 warrior, Alliance are incredibly retarded bad in pvp, I see them do the most stupid of things, their team mates get attacked by Horde, and they don't do anything to help. It seems alliance are incredibly fucking stupid in pvp right now, meanwhile I'm watching Horde run all over the place wrecking everything. So what's it like end game pvp? Do I re-roll Horde Shaman, or stick to Alliance ?

Being a warrior is much more easy on alliance side.
