I just saw this topic.

GM responded by "open ingame ticket".
How?

I had a problem 2 days ago. My Coldrage Dagger simply disappeared from bags. I tried to contact GMs to see if anything can be done about it and there was simply no way to open a ticket.

"GMs do not deal with bugs, please etc etc etc" every time I press submit.
I tried all sections of support menu.

How do you get GM support ingame?

Click the stuck option at help request. Then click Page a GM.

that's one rather weird way to contact them would never click on "stuck" unless i'm really stuck
