today i dinged 21 and this happened...

srsly? only 7 hp at level 21? isnt that bugged? at level 10 i got 12 from level up now 7? LOL! someone had same exp while leveling?

It dont scale like that. And u earn 27 hit points in total. With that 2 stamina points. Work as intended not a bug.welcome to vanilla
