Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

The item doesn't have 30dps anymore, and the only history I could see in patch notes is that it was changed from an uncommon sword to a rare sword, yet the reward on nostalrius is still rare and 26dps. all the databses I can find from other vanilla servers the sword has 30dps.

It seems like the sword should be indeed uncommon, but the 26 dps stat is correct, and so is lesser amount of AP.
Refer to the archived Allakhazam database pages for any further reference, it is really the best source of data for pre-1.4 items.

I think there should be more clearly massage on mainsite telling us that items are using pre 1.4 stats.

Why? Shouldn't it be rather obvious a 1.12.1 server uses 1.12.1 stats on items?

Except that it doesn't. It uses 1.4 stats, with the intentions of progressing the items to 1.12 stats.
So yes, the mainsite does need to 'advertise' clearly that the items will be (or should be) having 1.4 stats with the intentions of progressing them to 1.12
