How often do you get killed on sight?

I've been leveling here for the past 3-4 months and i'm not sure why people complain so much about being ganked.

Probably 1/4th of the opposite faction i see actually attack unless you specifically piss them off or they outnumber you. There seems to be a mutual fear/respect/desire to get to the next mob when you are on an equal footing level-wise.

As for 60s maybe one in every 10 stops what they're doing and kills me. Pretty suprised by how little i get ganked by 60s.

You get a peak right when you enter the first "mixed zone". For me that was Stonetalon.

STV.... well yeah only turning in at the hunter camp was a disaster for me. Everything else was ok.

Currently in Searing Gorge and have to say this is by far the worst yet. Being lvl 50 and constantly having 60s around you are getting farmed by alliance in pvp gear for honor while they wait for raid. Ofc i have scout title due to some HKs. I noticed they left unranked hordies alone.

So trust me if you are 48+ and have a tittle you are gonna get ganked.

Rest is just random shitters that come flex their new full SM set or kill you when a mob is on you.

Right now I am leveling a warlock and I am currently 36. I spent yesterday in Desolace.

During that time A lot of people attacked me on sight. I only died however if it was more than 1 person attacking me or if it was someone more than 6 levels higher than me. I don't attack people on sight unless they have attacked me before, I run by them and /wave. I remember a half hour before I was about to get off last night a nelf hunter ran by me and /bowed at me. He then open fired on me, I killed him within 15 seconds or so and kept on my way. I then saw a human rogue attacking a warlock and helped him out(I always help when I can, I assume that the rogue was the one ganking).

It really isn't that bad, but sometimes it can get a little annoying. Also it depends on your class. If I see a warrior even if they are 6 levels higher than me I kinda laugh if they attack me.
If you're really concerned then you should play a rogue or druid for stealth.

Yeah Searing Gorge is defenitly the worst. All the quest are just below the flightmasters. People farming elementals etc. Always dead when i see the shiny alliance brigade riding up. BWL geared war with ashkandi going at them lvl 50s killing spiders. I feel kinda sad for him since i was still able to get him into his deadzone. If i had the mana and the level to not get resisted i would happely have kited him and make him blow some pots.
