Possible Paladin exploit

Before I report this I like to know for sure its not something Im not aware off.
I been watching this paladin a bit and the only thing he is doing is sitting down while getting hit by mobs.
Mobs die in a few seconds while he is doing this.

he's not using any other skills. just sitting down, some sort of retal hit swing and sitting down again.

What is going on here?

He is getting reckoning proced.

The same way kazzak first time was soloed when paladin sat down nonstop to get rogue crit him all the time with daggers to stack ridiculous ammount of reckonings. Remember that each time he sits down, he receives a crit hit. Dunno if its worth it.
