That doesn't make any sense.
As a player your queues are faster when you're alliance, but that doesn't mean that the entire alliance faction gets to play more games. Every game is still played against horde.
Both alliance and horde faction play an equal amount of games. Alliance can't play if there are no horde and vice-versa.

The Alterac Valley's Battleground is right now the most balanced battleground available on the server compared to Warsong and Arathi thanks to its pre-nerf version.
