Got dragged by the mood of the moment. I did not expect anyone to understand me. It was one thoughtless message, I did not continue on to post similar comments. I also didn't expect such reaction. I have received similar racism before but laughed it off.

I did not attempt to insult anyone or act racist on purpose.

I have heard of this channel just today, and was introduced to it in a jokingly manner, I did not expect it to be an actual alternative world channel which was made for serious purposes at the first glance.

It has not happened before and shall never happen again.

How is that even considered racist? I know some overly sensitive people would see it as mocking their language, but "Ching chong" have no racist meaning in itself as far as I know?

They should ban whoever reported that imo. If you're that easily offended online, you probably need a big dose of fresh air and reality.
