LF Minor Speed on Boots enchanter (Horde side)

I always go engineer with all my chars sorry the only enchanter i have is a lvl 5 toon for mats:-)

Shouldn't it be at the enchanting trainer inside of Uldaman? That's where I've trained mine, on practically every single server.

IIRC:
Stonetalon: 150 -> 225
Uldaman: 225 -> 300

Edit: seems like Minor Speed indeed requires 240ish(?) skill, so might still have to wait a while

Edit: just got a confirmation that it can be trained at 225 from the Stonetalon Mountains trainer!
