broken LOS algorythm

Hello,
is it just me, or LOS algorythm is really broken?
I did encounter following events:
warriors charging trough trees
casting trough trees in WSG
agroing mobs behind trees
hunters sending pets when do not see player

I think this is issue number one and should be repaired with major priority.

Well i am pretty sure SOMETIMES i can cast spell on targets behind trees with small radius.

Search for PvP videos at 2005/2006 and you will see that's how it was back then.

Trees DO NOT stop the LoS.

Also, pets chasing stealth players is NOT a bug.
Again, video proofs are around.
