Ideas for Player-Made content. A new path of leveling.

As ideas have been coming into my mind, I'm getting a little dissapointed as I barely ever see anyone think like this. Making events for the community is one important and fun thing. Its player-made content.
Everyone focuses on what the game offers them, its quite making the game not as fun. Raiding is content, its not the whole game content though, after you've done that, you can get creative as well.
I've been seeing 9000 people online at times lately, and that seems to be more usual than before.
So many players, imagine what entertaining things you could do.
Aside from the events you see me do often, (even more if you're part of my guild), I'm thinking of something massively new. A completely new path of leveling:
This should be good for players that just lvled before the usual way. But also for new players as well!
I'm talking about, well for this case. Horde leveling starting from alliance zones. Sounds crazy, but some would really do it if the game offered such path. But the game doesn't, however, we can offer the transportation and rewardingness ourselves! Nothing is impossible.
Why would someone level starting from alliance zones? Well, its something different than the old usual blizzlike lvling road, and is more exciting and world PvP oriented! If this manages to become "a thing" at the point where lvl 60 horde hang around goldshire like in orgrimmar, this will totally go well.
See, vanilla lvling isn't that depended on quests anyway. We as players, can basically be quest givers, as the players would roam in Elwynn, Westfall, Redridge, quest objectives can be items that drop from mobs, when its turned in, they get rewarded with gold. For this to be basically also more effective for players, I should make sure I'm 3-4 times more rewarding than the basic quest givers.
What "quests" could a player make? Bring me 25 wolf meat and you get 50 silver.
Camp that quest giver 3 times and you get 1 gold
Once they reach Redridge : return to me with 50 honorable kills more and I will upgrade all your item slots
You got the point, of course this will be happening on specific times of the day cause we can't always be online :/ . But what about transportation? No worries, I have a lvl 20 warlock who can summon next to a shard source. What about training skills? Don't delete your hearthstone , I can resummon you to the alliance areas once in awhile.
Human areas are the most populated lvling areas, so this whole thing should take place there.
The living progress can be this :
Elwynn Forest 5-10
Westfall 10-20
Redridge 20-25 (lots of PvP starts here)
Duskwood 25-30
Stranglethorn Vale 30-40
Swamp of Sorrows 40-50
Burning Steppes 50-60
There will be times where lvling will happen through killing alliance guards and NPCs (players should be rewarded extra, as a gold-farming way) The above lvling road is a bit vague, it may change as I think more about it.
But why all zones close to each other? Well, one point is that people participating to this can help each other faster, but also there will be a plot to this
Doing stuff for a reason and a target in mind automatically makes things more fun. People will start from lvl 5, this will be advertised on the starting zones, lower lvl areas. The player will be part of a horde offensive force, which wants to lay siege on the humans, with 1 main target as Stormwind. It will feel more immersive as the player starts outside stormwind, and does various tasks to fight the alliance. As they travel around it and after lots of time reach lvl 55-60 they will finally get to start operations against stormwind, or, they can just continue this campaign and welcome new players who just started the same way, by giving the tasks to them himself.
For this to work for most players, it must be welcoming at start, and rewarding. And needs a few players to dedicate to this so basically "player-made content" is created. For it to be rewarding, a simple currency is needed. Gold, basically gets you most things you could use. And really, if you think about it, your expenses won't be that many. I mean.
With 900g you can buy epic mount, basically just be 20% faster than on your previous mount . With the same amount of gold you can run this stuff for about 20 people for an entire month! And were talking about just 1 guy (me in this case lol) not getting his epic mount. But its nothing compared to some awesome content you can create and reward people for joining for a long time. I've got a few people willing to donate on me for stuff like this, so income will be higher than the expenses.
I mean there are people sitting with 5k gold in their pockets not knowing what to do with it. You can do something like this, rather spending it on epix so you can sit around in orgrimmar and show off, or kill someone a little bit faster than you could before.
As I mentioned before...in another thread, its nice to have some targets that are more based on the community and the players around you. Make something original, by that, you make the game more fun and interesting. Something other than "rank 14" or "BiS gear" or "gold cap" or "clear all raids" and in the end quit the game or afk in capital city after it.. >_> People playing the game is what make the game good in mmorpg's
Regarding the idea I presented, its still vague, something that crossed my mind. If I go further on it it will be much more organized. Maybe I didn't say everything about it, you're free to ask a question in the topic, and I shall answer.
