Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Preface- I'm loving this server, the overall community and players have been generally wonderful.

Nostalgia however lets you forget the "terrible" sometimes...I had forgotten the old vanilla saying "all loot is hunter loot"

Rant time:Grouping with some random folks for a quest kill.
Int/Stam ring drops Boyaa I'm the only caster in the group. Nope Hunter Needs it!

I lean back in my chair laughing that 10 years later the old saying holds weight.

I call him out on it ...& Yes I know Hunters use int for mana and stamina, but really ya gotta be pretty greedy or pretty ignorant.

That was a pretty shitty thing to do on the hunters part, but it's not against the rules, minor upgrade is still an upgrade.

I recommend just not grouping with hunters

not seeing how that's a problem. int/stam is important for hunters and if he doesn't have better then #dealwithit

To be fair, int is a stat that hunters can use, and chances are he either had no ring or a crap one because of the lack of jewelry while levelling so I don't really see a problem with him needing it, and this is coming from a priest, our loot is shared by everyone that isn't a rogue or a warrior.

int/stam is "important" for hunters... ur kidding right....that logic doesn't fly anymore! We have stat weights/sims/theorycrafting that prove your statement wrong. The topic below has all pre raid BIS gear listed....spoilers none of the hunter gear has Int.

It all comes down to being greedy.

#dealwithit is pretty much my only choice, and like I said mostly everyone I've grouped with has been great thus far.

And in this instance it doesn't really matter, its just lvling items. But when it comes to end game loot this will be an issue if these players continue playing with mis-information.

Do your research know your class, its been 10 years.

Dear idiot, int/stam is extremely good for leveling hunters because more int=less down time.

Also at 60 hunters need 6000 unbuffed int for raids.

I had hunter need on tank 1h mace, they cant even use them can they? It was random blue drop while grouping for 1 quest

I probably would have needed also, because every single ring ive come across through quests gives like +3 stamina +7 spirit which is absolutely garbage lol

Dear Idiot, it is impossible for a lvl60 hunter to obtain 6,000 intellect. 6,000 intellect is what people had early cataclysm.

You ment 6,000 mana? Still unobtainable. And if you're stacking intellect as a raiding hunter, GL finding a guild.

And for my final comment: If you're going to call somebody an idiot, make sure your comment isn't downright stupid.
