Queues seem to be dependent on whether or not Horde decides to queue. Alliance queues everyday with twinks in the queue. We are aware of a few twinks, about 4, on Horde side. Any more Horde twinks on the way? Anyone else just "waiting for queues to be active" please join in the queues and help make them more regular (insert poop joke here).

they exist, they just dont queue. im also pretty sure horde twinks are rerolling ally too. good thing you can go into hibernation as a low level twink and come back with still bis gear.

Horde pretty much ruled the 19 bracket yesterday, usually with only 2-3 twinks on our side, and queues were good throughout the day. I am hoping this is indicative of a typical day.
