Server Delay/NPCs don't show?

Hi, I don't mean to complain but I'm rather concerned about the delay/npcs that won't show up.
Just now I had to relog twice in the nearby area to reveal quest characters to deliver my quests as they didn't show up...
Same thing with the mailbox at times.

What may be causing this and how do I fix it? Or is it rather the overpopulation and cannot be solved?

On that note, before, the NPCs showed up only like 30-40 yds away from you which is way too late than it's suppose to especially for say a hunter or any ranged class... Imagine that in PVP. I would much rather play a melee class if it's like that.

Another thought: If the NPCs are gone, but not the players (I have seen it happen), say in Bootybay or Gadg, are the NPCs only invisible and will attack you if you attack a player or are they simply gone? xD

I may go to the PVE server though if it doesn't get better... just typical that you have all your sh** on the rather unplayable PVP one.

Only had a flightmaster not pop up for me, then I waited 5 more seconds than usual and it appeared.
