Is it possible to see target health values in exact numbers?

I can get everything to show health as a percentage, and my own health as an exact number, but I can't get it to show target health as an exact number. I was able to do this on another vanilla server, and I have the same addons here, so I figure it should work, unless there's something different with the sever
