Today online is 10,5k
So why we must wait for wsg 25min? Its bug?

Because of those 10.5k people online, there are still more horde in the bg queue than alliance.
It's not rocket science.

I played on a server with two thousand online and bgs started most faster.

The amount of people playing on the server does not affect your bg queues at all.
The amount of people queuing for bgs does.
