Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I see in 1.3 the Warlock T1 Felheart stats were:

And in 1.5 the upgraded stats (the supposed current stats on the server) are:

These stats don't all line up with what is on the server atm but I am mainly wondering why the vanilla databases show even further upgraded stats on this gear. For example Felheart Pants have 20 stamina, 10 shadow resist and 30 spell power. The only mention of upgraded warlock tier gear in the patch notes is the Nemesis stat upgrade in 1.9, but I can't find any mention of further upgrading of Felheart. Will warlock T1 be buffed for AQ patch to resemble the stats on the databases?

Very thorough post but it too does not mention any buff to Felheart past 1.5 for the stats to match what is shown on all the vanilla databases.

Why wouldnt it be buffed ? Timeline says "overall item upgrade" and its my understanding that all items will be brought to their final versions.
