Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm really not a fan of gank-style pvp, I'd rather just pvp in the battlegrounds. Any chance for that kind of server in the future?

I no longer care for open PvP either, but if you think about it logically this is the only thing that makes sense. There's no reason to segregate the player base as it would only make this a lesser experience for everyone. I'll suffer through 'If it's red, it's dead' in order to have people to do dungeons and raid with.

No plan at the moment for a 2nd server (PvE or not).

I understand both sides in this discussion.
On one side, having only one server is the best way to have the biggest server possible. Open a 2nd server doesn't mean to half the population, but still lower it. What exact amount is unpredictable.
On the other side, having a 2nd server is the best way to have the biggest total population. We can't deny there will be many "ragequits" from the server because of PvP and overpopulation.

I prefer PvE since I like to investigate the boss mechanisms and be better on encounters. PvP on the other hand doesn't say me a thing - and that is how different we are.

I personally think it adds another dimension to the game (wich i like).

The problem is that Nostalrius making another server would take away the thing that makes it great: the massive population.
