There is no need for tanks in Alliance. Period.
The reason why you don't see ads or notes that request your services, is precisely because nobody requires them.

Stop pugging the top guilds binding farming runs, and those that suffer for a spot on guild apps, start a guild.

Keep at it.

Side note, 3 Def armor kit gloves rather than 7 agil. Farm DM E for satyr bow for +1 hit for more threat as well.
