Camping/BG Premades/Etc

Is their anything that says that camping someone or a group of people, either by yourself or with a group/guild is against Nos's rules?
So I stumbled upon Monkeynews video getting banned. I don't want to ask about the "3rd party program" what I'm interested in is why did the comment section light up about "premades are cancer". I've came from live after quitting to play this server, eventually when I'm max level, one of my characters I make will possibly become a PvP character and be in said premades. Are premade bg's bannable, or is it an addon that is bannable that allows you to sync up to another bg to match vs them.
Lastly the etc part. If there is any other PvP style rule that is against the ToS they have in place, what are they?
