Green Whelp Armor

Just curious if Green Whelp Armor will be tuned like the rest of the gear in-game? I believe it was supposed to last 30? seconds and i know for sure it was supposed to affect all levels not just those under level 50. It was changed in patch 1.10 to it's current in-game state.

I can collaborate sanc's suggestion - Green Whelp Armor indeed affected all players and mobs until late vanilla. I remember it clearly as it was one of the most OP items to have as I leveled my druid.

Please restore it to pre-1.4 values - 30 seconds duration, no diminishing return(need source on that, tho I clearly remember it), affects all targets (except cc-immune).

it was a massively overpowered item on druids and probably some other classes. green crafted leather chest that had a small chance to sleep attackers for 30 seconds. i remember seeing 2-3 people sleeping while trying to kill a druid on a BG node.

Just fyi folks. There's tons of items currently online with wrong values or wrong versions of themselves.

F.ex. weapons having wrong weapon speeds causing them to have 20-25 less dps than they should making them useless.
And then there's tons of items with effects such as this that are the newer nerfed version and not the old versions.

Indeed, please fix this devs. Tons of items are currently useless or very shit compared to how they should be.

There's tons of game breaking stuff in Vanilla that was still in-game during 1.12.1

Look at Free Action Potion f.ex. (FAP)

Everyone uses that and it's broken as hell. There's no reason for so many items to have their wrong versions currently in the game when the server advertises itself and is proud of its' "Item Progression" - which now has wrong stats for a ton of items for their progressive timeline, making a lot of items either utter shit or just wrong stats as a whole.
I mean, freakin' Baron Rivendare's epic sword drop has wrong weapon speed for pre 1.4. It's missing like 25-30 dps. It's unusable in-game right now.

It was fun
But that one druid... i got sleeped 8/ 10 times before cs ends and the other 2 times on ambush opener...
We had a good laugh tough and he said that he never seen it proc more often on a single guy.
Needless to say my attempt to defend the flag was pointless

Love this armor. Made two sets of it for friends yesterday. It should work on all levels but currently is set to post nerf status.
