How many accounts are allowed per household?

Hey i couldn't find anything on the forums regarding this but one of my siblings took an interest in playing the game and i was wondering if they could make an account without any problems due to it being in the same household.

There is no limit, however, you are not allowed to multibox in any circumstances with a few exceptions, such as enchanting your alt in Stormwind or trading your banker.

So if the other accounts are used by your wife or room mates, you can freely play at the same time. To avoid any risk of being accused for multiboxing, you should'nt /follow each other.
