I'd just like to get the blue set to avoid some dungeon farming and because PvP is fun as hell.

I am however affraid off getting rekt by premades 80% off the time. So am I wasting my time or should I give it a try?
And the reason why I don't want to run with premades is because I won't have epic mount, aka no invite.

Blue set is possible solo, it just takes some time and a lot of boring matches

You will spend way more time getting the blue set than any farming for any dungeon blues would take you.
Consequently, you'll save time by grinding your epic mount and then doing bgs with premades.

It's not that hard to get into groups if ur a ranker especallu a mage or healer

You shouldn't farm BGs to avoid dungeon farming, you should farm dungeons to get decent gear to PvP

Usually go the dungeon way but it's been painful and impossible on this alt. So many players now that no1 cares, aka all the assholes act like assholes.

Done two UBRS grps where I ended up not getting my quest reward or any gear because off assholes. So starting to lose faith in dungeons.

And fucking arms warr/ret pallies in PvE.

ranking with a premade is also a waste of time.

1. Ranking shouldn't be about gear. You're playing pvp cos u like pvp and that's what's fun and entertainng to you. I mean who plays something just to get gear lol? What r u gonna do, play smth that u don't enjoy, to get gear and look at it`?
2.You can rank easily (depends what games you get into and how much itme you have) without premades. You can be rank 7 with less than 5 k HKS... and from there on don't worry about it, it's not about gear or rank, i mean if you like PVP , you play it cos u want to and rank/gear is just a pyproduct.
3.Also nevermind the pve scrubs who think you have to roll dungeons or whatever to get gear first and then go to bgs...why? You can just get to 60 and roll bgs straight up, it will take some time to get gear, but once you reach R7 which is quite easy actually, you'll start making plenty of gear + all the gear from the 3 pvp reputations. The gear and rank will come along anyway. When someone starts talking about gear, it's a sign of them not being a skilled player usually. I guess they think that if some top rank 1 multiglad guy would come and make a fresh 60 and enter the BG here, he would not be skilled, cos he has no gear xD ...
Take it easy

Having ranked both ways, that is to say solo and as a member of a regular premade, I have to say the only efficient way to rank is through a premade.

Still, you will end up playing several hours per day in the high ranks (Rank 11 and above) and doing so will pretty much eliminate any desire you have to play other aspects of WoW and it may even seriously interfere with your life, supposing you have one.

Based on my experience, Ranks above 11 are only possible for the unemployed or students. For working people, you simply do not have the time required.
