[A] How do alliance players enter or exit zones?

Hello everyone, I was wondering are there routes for alliance players to enter and exit zones? Does anyone have any maps or whatnot to show me how to walk into and out of zones on this server? This is my first time on a PvP server so I'm unfamiliar with viable pathways. And no I do not want to log onto an alt for an hour, I just wish to play this character.

So far in my experience all of the roads are guarded by level 60 rogues.
