Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Everytime i try to buy a limited recipe for my profession there is a huge camp on vendor. It's ok, but there are plenty of low levels in high level zone camping for it. Please correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think is allowed to do that. The server is overpopulated and i think timer is set as the blizzy server.
I think is time to "clean" some account and change respawn time commensurate to population.

There is no rule against going to a higher level zone than your character, dafuq you smoking.

Camping is allowed. But you are not allowed to camp while also being logged in onto a main account.

and i bet that 99% of lowlevels are multiboxing. They log for fews mins, log out, repeat.
For example today during server restart a lvl 10 horde had buyed at least 2 Formula: Runed Arcanite Rod
He was the first and only online in zone and recipe was gone.

Wow, they even named the character Runedarcanit.

Whoever that is should be IP banned. People like them ruin the game for everyone else.
