I've searched on other forums, specifically feenix ED for information on the best possible enchants for a 19 hunter, and haven't found the exact answers I'm looking for. I didn't play vanilla to 60, only casually for a few months when it launched. From what I've read these are the best possible enchants for a 19 hunter.
Please respond if you see an enchant that isn't possible in 1.12 or a better enchant that I didn't list.

+100 hp legs (libram of constitution)
+100 hp chest
+7 stamina feet or + minor speed feet
+9 stamina wrist
+15 agility gloves
+3 agility cloak
+ 7 dmg scope
+25 agility to 2her melee weapon
