why is this guy's guild popular, i saw him admit he's 15 years old too, so how would he be able to reach that point


not to mention another 40people in his lvling guild, i just find it funny they follow him

He probably just invites random people at his capital lol DawgPawn is the same. They just invite noobs to increase their size.

I like voroshilov. Didn't know he was 15 years old. Makes little difference since I only interact with his mind/words and those are mature.

His efforts should not be frowned upon, regardless of age.

Leaders are born, not grown. How many people dating back to the days of 2005 never reached their raiding goals due to not being able to find a raid spot in an established guild, decided, I'm going to start from the ground up. - Not many.

That is a huge undertaking for anybody, regardless of age and shows a lot of maturity. While on VoiP service, some may find it hard to get past the voice of a young leader, if that is what is limiting you, then the issue probably is you.

Start from the bottom and work your way up. More power to those who take this path rather that apply to a top guild and if app declined call it quits.

I actually have a lot of respect for Simonich/Voroshilov. He plays the game to have fun, and encourages others to do the same. At the end of the day it's just a game.

Agreed with the 2 previous posters. As usual Undertanker has a good contribution.

It is about the fun environment, which is why I joined up with The Red Dawn myself. Despite his age, he has the support of those under him to accomplish the guilds goals.

I assure you that everyone (or definetily the majority 95%+) who has joined has acknowledged our interest in world pvp, i just enter tryhard recruiting mode for 30 minutes once in awhile, and attempt to create motivated officers to spread the word of our organization. In a huge server like nostalrius pvp, as hard as you recruit, most people will still be unaware of the choice to join you, so there's infinite work to do. Plain channel advertising feels random, individually approaching people feels more immersive aswell.

So you was one of the guys who were kicked because you trolled hard in guild chat? Or what is this butthurt?

One of the few people that actually create and encourage fun events despite how time consuming and inefficient gear wise it can be. The OP must be really butthurt to create such a post.
