Just wondering, where is more people?
And on which side is there more european players?

I can't know for sure, but judging by pvp activity (both bg and world) the horde is vastly more populated or at least active in pvp.

Should be around 60/40 in favour of alliance, but horde seems to win more bgs

Well, looking at this thread it's more like 25/75 in favour of horde...

If you look at the census the Horde population is EXDPLODED with low level characters. Which makes me believe that a lot of people made characters, and then bailed. I can't imagine the population of the real players is 25/75.

well 75/25 seems a bit too much, since there are more topics in alliance guilds forums then in horde ones..

60/40 Horde.

Horde scum are everyone I try to level and they gank and corpse camp me in group.

I think Alliance might primarily be EU players, and US are playing primarily Horde, since during the late nights in Europe, the Horde population explode and go berserk even more.

So, Horde is currently taking the cake? Too bad, since I'll be rolling a tauren, just like the good old days. No, I'm not a Vanilla veteran, I'm a Burning Crusade baby(?) who didn't even have his own account until the beginning of Wrath of the Lich King, but what had to be first race I made? Tauren. I don't entirely know if this was the case, but whenever I go to Mulgore, no matter what time or year it is, I feel such a level of nostalgia, yet, sadness, rush through me. The zone invokes a lot of feeling from me.

Either way, I signed up only today, usually quite edgy about these kind of things, but I'm convinced it will be a safe and very enjoyable experience, and I'll love to finally be able to experience how Vanilla truly was. Was it hell like most say? I guess we'll have to find out. (I'll try not to count the massive influx of players trying to finish the same quest ;P)
