Roughly 8 hours per day, while a certain larger crossection of the playerbase is online, the game is essentially unplayable. To head off the people saying WELL IF IT'S FREE AND YOU DON'T LIKE IT JUST DON'T PLAY, I'm way ahead of you. I don't play during these times, as much as I'd like to, because it's not worth my time.

The lag is getting worse and worse. We had some really nasty server lag for long stretches of BWL last night, and we raid during NA prime time (6-10 PST). There were over 8k people online, which is much higher than the average of 6k during that period.
