Today, in Deeprun Tram, a Gnome Warlock named Lowjob was griefing people by killing Enthralled Deeprun Rats, causing the quest to autofail.
He then says he'll let people complete the quest for 2 Silver.

Both attachments are screenshots of what he said both during the greifing and after he left.
