He deserves some form of punishment for intentionally scamming. "The word" is not going to spread to everyone.

I mean, here's all the evidence, why wouldn't you at least give him a warning? Run it thru an image verification utility and deal with him, like any other server would. What is your reasoning not to?

I just dont want this server to turn into a feenix like atmosphere where other players are always trying to get other player banned, and i dont want to see other players banned for unjust reason, is that to bad?

Naw man it's deterrent effect. If some assball knows he can just spam people with malicious mail then he knows he can just spend his time being a dickwad because the GM's wont care.
